These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Batgee platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using Batgee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction — to register and use Batgee. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and accounts will be closed immediately upon discovery.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Batgee is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local or provincial law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Batgee will never ask for your password via email or chat. Do not share account access with any third party.
All financial transactions are subject to applicable KYC verification. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast are referenced as familiar local options; their availability is subject to the operator's live cashier at any given time.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and Batgee (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Batgee website available at https://batgee.cam and any associated mobile applications, products or services (collectively, the "Service").
Batgee is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino products, promotional offers and related content. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:
You must be at least 18 years of age to open an Account and use the Service. In jurisdictions where the minimum legal gambling age exceeds 18, you must meet that higher minimum age requirement. Batgee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified.
You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Service from a Prohibited Territory. It is your personal responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. Batgee accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service in a jurisdiction where it is restricted or prohibited.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Batgee applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Batgee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify Batgee immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Batgee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
The Service is provided for personal, recreational use only. You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial use, systematic data extraction, automated access or use for the purpose of research, arbitrage or professional advantage without prior written consent from Batgee is strictly prohibited.
While Batgee endeavours to ensure that all odds, results, statistics and Content displayed on the Platform are accurate, we do not warrant that such information is free from error. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, mis-stated scores or erroneous payout calculations — Batgee reserves the right to void affected bets and rectify the error. Users will be notified of material corrections where reasonably practicable.
Batgee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, force majeure events and circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. Batgee shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such unavailability.
Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods made available through the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users. Their mention does not constitute a guarantee of availability, does not imply endorsement of gambling by any financial institution, and does not represent a partnership between Batgee and any such payment provider. Availability is subject to the live cashier at any given time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change. All deposit amounts are displayed in PKR where the PKR display option is active.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (clause 4.2) and the satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements (clause 8.3). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to fund your Account or otherwise verified in accordance with AML/CTF obligations. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only; Batgee does not guarantee same-day processing.
Your Account balance and transaction history are displayed in PKR. Where underlying transactions are processed in a different base currency, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. Batgee accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
Batgee does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an AML review.
All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your bet slip — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. Batgee will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the case of manifest error (clause 5.2) or where specifically permitted by the applicable sport-specific rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Batgee reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion, including as a responsible gambling measure.

In-play markets on cricket (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football, UFC and esports are available subject to data availability. Odds in live markets fluctuate rapidly. Bets placed in live markets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the moment the bet is received by the Platform's servers, not necessarily the odds displayed at the moment you clicked to place the bet.
Live casino, table games, slots and instant-win products are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Casino games use certified random number generators where applicable.
All promotional offers available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus offers are available only to eligible Users as defined in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new registered Users making a qualifying first deposit. Batgee reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus if eligibility criteria are not met.
Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during the wagering period and expiry window are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of PKR 150,000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Batgee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin arbitrage staking, systematic exploitation of free-bet promotions and coordinated multi-account activity. Where such patterns are identified, Batgee reserves the right to void bonus winnings, remove bonus balances and/or permanently close the Account.
Always read the full terms of each promotion before opting in. Wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry dates vary between promotions. Batgee presents bonus terms in plain English to ensure you fully understand what you are agreeing to.
You agree that you will not, at any time:
Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Batgee name and logo, graphical assets, software, data structures, editorial content and interface design — is the exclusive property of Batgee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Batgee. Any unauthorised use will result in termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Batgee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business — even if Batgee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Batgee's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Batgee is not liable for any gambling losses you incur through use of the Service. You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that past winnings are not indicative of future returns.

Closure requests will be processed after any pending bets are settled and, where no active bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal holds are outstanding, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Batgee holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body in the licencing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Pakistani users should note that local courts may have concurrent or exclusive jurisdiction over certain matters under Pakistani law. This clause does not constitute legal advice; please seek independent legal counsel if you have concerns about your legal rights.
Batgee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your Account in accordance with clause 13.1.
